PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

 

Sam Mullman worked at the Firm since 2015 as an undergraduate case clerk and throughout law school as a summer associate. Prior to joining the firm as an associate Sam gained experience as a clerk to the Honorable Gail S. Tusan during her tenure as the Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County and then as an associate at Ballard Spahr, LLP in the intellectual property litigation group. Sam has experience bringing and defending actions in federal and state courts, AAA arbitrations, and International Chamber of Commerce arbitrations.

Sam’s work focuses on supporting the commercial needs and goals of his clients to ensure they are covered from beginning to end in the event any intellectual property or business dispute occurs. Sam assists companies large and small with entity creation, corporate guidance, and intellectual property asset creation, protection, and enforcement.  Additionally, Sam practices in all aspects of litigation, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress litigation. Sam also has experience in business litigation, general commercial disputes, and construction litigation.

Prior to law school, Sam was a captain of the Georgia State University lacrosse team that competed in the Mens Collegiate Lacrosse Association.  While an undergraduate English major at Georgia State University, Sam worked at Stankonia Studios assisting Outkast’s Big Boi during the recording of “Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors.
