OAKLAND CEMETERY

Sam is a regular volunteer at historic Oakland Cemetery in downtown Atlanta, which was established in 1850 and is the final testing place for many of Atlanta’s most famous historical figures.   Sam’s work is hands-on and includes gardening, landscaping, and monument restoration.

 

GEORGIA IP ALLIANCE

​

Sam is the youngest member of the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance (“GIPA”), a nonprofit organization that advances the creation, protection, and enabling of  IP in Georgia.   He is also the Chairman of the Southeastern IP Job Fair – the second largest such event in the United States – for GIPA.

GSU HONORS COLLEGE YOUNG ALUMNI ADVISORY BOARD

Sam is the 2018-2019 President of the Georgia State University Honors College Young Alumni Advisory Board, which provides service and leadership for the Honors College.
