KELLY WALLACE

 

Kelly’s community service and philanthropy reach both the legal and non-legal arenas.  He has performed pro bono legal work and intellectual property services for a number of Atlanta-area non-profits, including Women Alone Together, the Johnny Gant Foundation, and Georgia Lawyers for the Arts.  Kelly was a multi-year volunteer adjunct instructor at Georgia Tech, teaching Internet Law to students ranging from freshmen to Ph.D. candidates.  Kelly was, along with Pete Wellborn, the co-author of Georgia’s “Slam Spam E-mail Act,” which prohibits the sending of fraudulent commercial e-mails to Georgians. Kelly is also active at his sons’ (Jack and Harry) schools and in Jack’s cub scout troop.
