Kelly is an avid player of Warhammer, a battle strategy game played on a 6’ x 4’ table that can be thought of as Risk and Craps meet Game of Thrones. Kelly is the founder and coordinator of the “WarZone Atlanta” competition, one of the largest and most prestigious Warhammer tournaments in the world.

PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Kelly Wallace joined the Firm in 2003. He has a commercial litigation, intellectual property and transactional practice that includes substantial experience in a broad range of technology and Internet issues. Kelly has prosecuted and defended cases involving, among many other areas, computer trespass, computer fraud and abuse, copyright and trademark infringement, licensing disputes, and business defamation claims. Kelly also has substantial arbitration and mediation experience in both technology and non-technology-related cases. Kelly has served as a consultant for state and federal government agencies and law enforcement in complex computer fraud and abuse matters. His transactional practice includes entity formation and organization, drafting of services and employment agreements, contract negotiation and drafting in complex business negotiations, and registration of Client copyrights and trademarks.

Kramer v. Cash Link Systems, 2004 WL 2952561 (S.D. Iowa 2004) (obtained two of the largest anti-spam judgments ever awarded: $11 Billion and $1 Billion);
EarthLink, Inc. v. Pope, 2007 WL 174389 (N.D. Georgia 2007) (successful litigation to protect Internet users everywhere against the wrongful acts of a prolific spammer).
